For the second game, Astros pitching held down the hard hitting Marlins. Wandy had a biting curve and got 7 Ks, typically off the Marlins swinging at the curve in the dirt. Of course, knowing Houston baseball fans as I do, this was the one or two days of the season that the roof is opened and no one complains about being too hot or too cold or too whatever! “I felt pretty good today, that’s the bad part,” Oswalt said. “I wouldn’t say it was location. I looked at two of the home runs, and [the pitches were] exactly where I wanted to throw them.”

Asked if he is overanalyzing on the mound, Oswalt said: “I’m too dumb to overanalyze.”
