That game is a scourge.  Both my kids are seriously addicted to it.  

If I hear that fucking song about Glenn Danzig's mother blasting out of their bedroom one more time, I'm going terminal.  I'm going to go dig out my wife's Barry Manilow and Shaun Cassidy LP's from the bottom shelf of the pie safe where I hid them about ten years ago, then roll my Altec Lansings down the hall and surround my boys' bedroom doorway with about 800 watts of speakerage.  I'll crank the box up full tilt, with it fully aimed at their room, just like the CIA did when they drove out Noriega in Panama.  My offsprings will come running out of there like roaches from under a cabinet you just sprayed.

I actually had to find a digital version of a Shaun Cassidy song a few months back.  For my wife's 40th birthday, I made a little compilation CD to give out at the party, kind of a "Greatest Hits Of My Life So Far" thing.  I started with the #1 Song on the day she was born, and asked her to pick some songs that represent various periods of her life.  One period was apparently "the roller rink", and she wanted Shaun Cassidy as well as the Bay City Rollers.  The BCRs weren't too hard to find, but you try fining Shaun Cassidy on CD.  It ain't easy my friend.

My wife brought some stuff into the union as well, such as the Shaun Cassidy and BCRs, but she also brought with her a practically untouched original Van Halen first LP.  I broke it out the other night, and couldn't believe 1) how good it sounded and 2) how young they all looked.  Hard to believe that was almost 30 years ago.
