Was discussed by JD and Brownie last night.  No pitcher has ever had this 22-1 record before, though one did have a 33-3 against a team.

According to BP the next best record in the last 50 years (min. 20 starts) is Camilo Pascual against the Rangers at 13-1.  After that it's Peavy against the Dodgers at 12-1.

Roy O's .957 winning % (22-1) against the Reds is by far the highest.

IIRC Larry Jackson had a heck of a record against the Colt .45's/Astros, too.
