It’s the LoBster’s Fault

Rangers 4, Astros 0

recap
gamezone

I think one of the most important things to winning a baseball game is scoring runs (another important thing is preventing the other team from scoring-more on that later). Well, the Astros got part of it right. They had 12 runners left on base. Geez, someone needs to cross the plate.

Surprisingly, the pitching only gave up 4 runs on the night. But, the bullpen went 3 innings of scoreless baseball. That’s a good thing, especially for this bullpen.

Each week I write one of these recaps and I become a bit more disillusioned about this team each week. I have such hope with the farm system, but I just don’t know if it will be enough. I’m losing hope that they’ll not have the #1 pick in 2015.

Well, here’s to the Astros, may they win the rest of the series, because I really don’t like Rangers fans.
