Reggie Abercrombie, OF -Is really struggling. He has hit .156 over his last 10 games and is hitting .188 on the season. 28 strike outs in 80 at bats.

Fernando Nieve, RHP -Is looking solid in his limited work this winter. Pitched 1 shutout inning on the 6th where he K’d 2 batters. ERA in his first 4 2/3 IP is 1.93.

Luis Alvarez, C – VSL 18 year old on roster but hasn’t played.
Wladamir Sutil, IF – went 2 for 7 with his first HR this week. For the season, he is hitting .313 (10/32).

Humberto Quintero, C – Is playing regularly now. Since the last report, he appeared in 4 games going 3 for 12 with 2 doubles.

Michael Bourn -Is hitting better since the last update but hasn’t played since the 5th. Season average is .314 and OBP is .402. Strike outs are high at 24 out of 102 AB.

Erick Abreu, RHP – Hasn’t pitched since 11/10.
Jhon Florentino, 3B -He is making the most of his playing time. For the month of Dec, he has appeared in 3 games, hitting .400 (4 for 10) with 2 doubles, 2 BB and 2 K.
Tigres del Licey
Alberto Arias, RHP – Had a Tale of Two Outings week. The best of times: 1 2/3 IP, 1 hit, No runs. The worst of times: 2/3 IP, 3 hits, 2 earned runs. For the season, he has 11 K’s in 10 IP.
Sammy Gervacio, RHP -his last two outings have been awful. He hasn’t gotten a man out in his last two appearances giving up a combined 4 hits, 3 earned runs and one walk.
Yordany Ramirez, OF -appeared in only one game in this reporting time frame and it did not include an at bat. For the season, he is hitting .263 with a .282 OBP.
Polin Trinidad – Got back on the bump this week with less than stellar results. In two outings, he only got 1 man out. He surrendered 3 hits and 3 earned runs. Lefties are hitting a solid 1.000 against him in 4 plate appearances.
