Rusty Hardin will file a motion in federal court (Thursday) arguing that Roger Clemens’ defamation suit against Brian McNamee should remain in Houston.

Cyber Chicken Lawyer has some odd ideas about damages. Where was the depositions taken? Where was the Mitchell report published? Was McNamee ever in Texas? Anyone know the West Key Number that corresponds to this legal doctrine of “Don’t mess with Texas”? I do know that there is a “finders keepers, losers weepers” precedent, but I’ve never come across this Texas one.
