Transaction information on minor league players has always been a hit and miss situation and even more so in recent years as previously reliable sources are no longer available or have become more spotty (i.e., the transactions information at MiLB.com isn’t updated during the offseason and the in-season stuff isn’t particularly well-organized, sometimes delayed and occasionally incomplete while BA’s information is also tardy and not always accurate).
