In no particular order, without giving it much thought I'd put him in there with coaches like Dick Vermeil, Mack Brown, Joe Paterno, Coach K, Dean Smith and John Wooden as guys that just seem to get it completely. I think that this kind of guy maybe is drawn more to College b/c of the chance to mentor and mold people- kind of a self selection type thing, and you don't have to put up with nonsense that you do for the pros.
