Barzilla being called up

I apologize for sluming it, but Barzilla the hack, was crowing about his cousin being called up.  Seems he got the word via his father, so I would guess this is pretty sure info.  To me this indicates Oswalt is going on the DL, and Sampson is moving into his rotation spot.
