I have never, ever understood booing your own team, with one exception: when someone quits.  That can be not hustling, or just giving up.

But to boo someone who's out there busting their ass?  No way.  Never.

Only jackasses boo their own team, and I'm sure there were lots of them there last night.

He's a rookie for God's sake. I didn't think it was a bad pitch. He seemes like a good guy with his head on straight. When he was in a pressure situation down the strectch, he seemed to handle it well. I'm sure that he is getting great support from the team and that is probably all he needs.

I feel bad for Zeke.  It was a high pressure situation and he threw a great pitch.  Blum had better hitting.  That shook him up, and he loaded the bases.  Then Wandy came out in an even more high-pressure situation and K'd the Hero of Game 2.  Both of these rookies are going to be huge once they get some more Major League experience.

He's tried to do everything the team has asked him to.  Last night was probably the best and worst night of his career.  As if he didn't feel bad enough?  People are assholes.  There is no denying.  Best thing to do is ignore them.

Amen.  It was an oustanding (or perhaps just fortunate) piece of hitting by a capable hitter with a hitter's count.  Tough break with its taking place after an oustanding defensive play.

Those two squibbers he gave up on the third base side sucked.  Poor guy had nothing going for him last night.  And the pitch to Blum was low.  I couldn't believe he hit it out.
