Might as well get the Burke or Willy thread going now...

I vote Willy. Lord knows the good guys need all the defensive help they can get. Berkman's mobility limitations are mitigated by the small left field, plus he's darn savvy at playing balls of the big wall out there (except for when he's faking a catch with two outs). Willy's certainly been putting good wood on the ball, as well, and it will be nice to have Burke's bat off the bench against Marte or Cotts.
"Holy shit, Mozart. Get me off this fucking thing."

I vote Willy too.  Burke has looked shakey on some deep fly balls, which is understandable as he's an infielder.  Willy has also shown some hitting skills against these White Sox and will chase down fly balls in CF better than Burke.

I go with the tried, trusted and tested line-up with Willy in CF, Lamb at 1B and Berkman in left.

With the way he's hit in the first two games and given the better defense and MUCH better arm in CF, it doesn't seem like it's too much of a debate in my mind.

Willy, no question.  Burke late.  God I'm glad we're back to real baseball (NL), and able to use the whole team.

Willy easily.  Even on the balls he has gotten too Burke has looked shakier than in the regular season when in the outfield.

No contest to me, but what the hell do I know!

Willy has really done great vs. the Sox.
News that is sufficiently bad somehow carries its own guarantee of truth.  Only good reports need confirmation.

I'll continue the chorus--Willy T.  I understood using Burke's hot bat in the NLCS for a little bit, but come on....how can you bench the potential rookie of the year in the NL, especially considering how many runs he creates with his speed that no one else on the team can manufacture...

Same as "...don't you ever stand for that sort of thing. Someone ever tries to kill you, you try to kill 'em right back! ...You got the right same as anyone to live and try to kill people."
