Cubs Update
Can?t discuss the Cubs without talking about the DL. Nomah is out for a couple of months with a torn nut muscle, guess Mia was riding him a little too hard. Joe Borowski (one-time closer) and Chad Fox (one-time closer) are also on the DL, though Fox may be gone for the year and Borowski may come back fairly soon. And who knows when Wood/Prior/Zambrano may make a trip to the DL next.
Derek Lee is making a run at Player of the Month (Clemens will likely get the Pitcher of the Month). Error Miss is a bit gamey with a hamstring issue, apparently it tightens up on cold and/or rainy days. Pussy.
C-Face Barrett is likely to flap his dick suckers this weekend, and you know that Sunday will be an interesting day in more ways than one.
Zambrano has already been tossed twice this year?once for arguing balls and strikes and once for nailing Kearns with a fastball after Dunn hit a bomb. Apparently he is Enemy #1 for the BfiB, so perhaps that cock suck isn?t all bad.
No Sammy this time. I miss the hippity hop on a routine flyball to RF.

Pitching?All pitchers not named Duckworth or Franco have been tits. Backe had 1 bad start versus the Jakes, so I?ll give him the benefit of doubt. Hate, hate, hate to waste this great pitching, because there will come a time when they go cold.
By the way?here?s the final word on Garner and his managing: he?s the anti-Dierker. Dierker would wait for the big hit, Garner ain?t got that luxury. If he tries something and it backfires, who gives a shit. What matters is that he is trying to make something happen. I?d rather him try to make something happen than to sit back and wait for the big hit that?ll never materialize. If he had Berkman, Kent, Beltran, the 1999 version of Biggio and Bagwell, I could understand waiting for the big hit. Absent those guys, try something. Anything.

As some of you know, we?re expecting our second child later this Summer. Well, we had the ultrasound and it?s a girl. Or, perhaps it?s a boy with a tiny pecker, but we know THAT can?t be the case?bwahahaha hahaha. Anyway, we?re going through the book of names again. Current possibilities include Shelby, Elizabeth, Quinn, Natalie and Camille. Ms. Foghorn shot down my preference of Jessica Autumn, so feel free to claim it if you like it. She also added if I jokingly suggest ?MuthaFuckin? Soupone? for a name one more time, she?s going to castrate me with a cheese grater. Anyway, if you have any girls names you think sound awesome feel free to send them along.
Apparently Kevin Smith of Clerks fame has seen Revenge of the Sith and declares it to kick ass. That its much darker than Empire and all the haters will be lining up to service Lucas after they see it. I know I?m there on 5/20?gonna skip out on work to see it.

What to look for this weekend
1) Low scoring games, won?t be 20 runs scored all games combined.
2) Viz to start versus Prior.
3) If Wood can?t go on Saturday, look for Glendon Rusch who?ll promptly strike out 15 Astros and throw a 2-hitter.
4) Updates from Round Rock as Berkman continues his rehab. Noe, Jim R and others out that way, make sure he isn?t trying to field balls and eat mashed potatoes from a Styrofoam cup (great, great line from El Jefe).
5) Wheeler to dot Derek Lee again, just for the halibut.
