I just do it manually. Figure out which one is ahead, and then pause it for the appropriate amount of time. I'll have the radio guys on my computer and mute the TV.

I usually wait for a pitch to hit the catcher's glove, pause the tv, then resume when the streaming radio broadcast catches up.

Usually about 4-6 seconds.
