The rules of distinction were thrown out with the baseball cap.  It does not lend itself to protocol.  It is found today on youth in homes, classrooms, even in fine restaurants.  Regardless of its other consequences, this is a breach against civility.  A civilized man should avoid this mania.

Why no love for Stassi in all this?  He frames great outside pitches and has had a couple good hits tonight.

I think he is going to be an Astro catcher for a long time. I like his work behind the plate and his offense has been a very pleasant surprise. I'm a Max to the max guy.

I heard mention.

I think Stassi has far exceeded expectations. I like him a lot.

I hope he ends up this year like a positional version of 2017 Peacock. I have some blind faith in the guys that the organization has allowed to hang around for much longer than their long track record of only momentary flashes of talent suggest they should, especially as roster spots have become more previous over the last few years.

I figured he earned that O.

Actually, it autocorrected to McCutcheon and I didn’t have the energy to correct it.

Not ignoring him, he’s been GREAT all year. His homer in Oakland was huge! Just nice to see those recently called up step in and perform.

If the other guys keep this up for a while so that he doesn't think he has to be main man, maybe he'll relax and get back into a groove.

Rockets getting royally screwed...refs call foul on Warriors as time expires, forcing free throws and giving the Warriors one shot to tie
NBA looks almost as contrived as WWE sometimes, but it was great win.  Maybe the old mike antoni joke is no longer valid?

The Rockets showed a lot of heart on that one.
Everyone's talking, few of them know
The rest are pretending, they put on a show
And if there's a message I guess this is it
Truth isn't easy, the easy part's shit

Aww that sucks! I was only following online and it showed 94-92 with end of 4th...my apologies to the Basketball gods

Time had expired on a Rockets rebound, but they went to the tape and decided to call a retroactive foul on the a Warriors. Chris Paul made one of two for a 3-point lead. Warriors had one shot to tie but missed. I don’t think they got the shot off anyway. But no matter...Rockets bounce back from a monumental ass kicking to even the series!

Gutsy, from the one of the shortest line ups I ever remember seeing.  Ariza the tall at what, 6.6?

Listed at 6’ 8”. Clint Capela is 6’ 10”. But this is a shooting team.

What a difference having someone like Kemp at the bottom of the order can make.  Like the start of last year when aoki was consistently having good at bats and getting on base.
There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, and everything else is cream cheese.

Maybe Fresno is in his past.

Kemp has certainly been a spark plug down at the bottom.  Perhaps it's rubbing off.  Last nigh the 7-8-9 guys were 6 for 9, with 4 runs scored and 6 driven in (interestingly, Kemp did not score last night).  That's a recipe for beating the crap out of someone.  Even Davis...he didn't get a hit, but walked three times and scored three runs.

Maybe Kemp can rub off some on Correa.  Poor Carlos is now hitting .169 for May, .174 at home, and his clutch stats are abysmal (.110 w 2 out/RISP, for example)
