Let's get it on...
The rules of distinction were thrown out with the baseball cap.  It does not lend itself to protocol.  It is found today on youth in homes, classrooms, even in fine restaurants.  Regardless of its other consequences, this is a breach against civility.  A civilized man should avoid this mania.

When he did not get traded at the Aug 31 deadline last year, Profar refused to play. The Express put him on the DL after a few days.

I would guess he'll pitch the 6th then it'll be bullpen time.

Btw every strikeout pitcher in both leagues is checking their schedule to see when they play the rangers.

I still think we need another hitter. The bottom of the order is not nearly as tough.

IMO Gattis is the primary problem there.

Was thinking about some championship cufflinks.  They don't look that good.  Will stick with the regular star ones.

Stassi has had some decent at bats when he's been in there.  But Fisher, Marisnick, Gattis...puke.

DH, LF, and C.  If Tucker continues to have good at bats in AAA surely he’ll get the call before the all star break.  I don’t mind the catchers’ production.

Both he and Gallo are so long that they can still get the good part of the bat on the ball if that's what they're looking for.

Hypothetically speaking, of course. A cluckolding?

I doubt they're gonna press Giles too hard until there is more success under his belt

This is not making me happy.
I remember all the good times me 'n Miller enjoyed
Up and down the M1 in some luminous yo-yo toy

Or if he gets it, it's a force at home. The only thing that could screw them was the thing that happened.

If Martin wanted to throw one to the backstop, that would be fine with me.

Instead he gets a borderline pitch called a strike and it entirely changes the at bat.

So borderline.

The seams may have scratched the bottom of the zone.

Times like this are when I wish they didn't carry so many pitchers.  Would be nice to have a decent pinch hit option here.

Sucks when a shitty team runs into a couple of pitches and you hit screamers right at Beltre.

The problem is that at the moment they're having trouble filling lineup spots 1 -9, much less 10, 11 , 12, etc.

Rangers have scored exactly 1 run this series that didn't come on a HR.

Lots of bad luck in that game. Bad pitching too. Fucking walk to Profar was the winning run. Harris has not been the same since his injury last year.
Often wrong, but never in doubt.

I cringe when he comes in games, especially with runners on.

Decent pitch too.

3 homers in last two innings. His slider is flatter than it was last year.

McTaggart notes that Peacock allowed eight home runs to lefty hitters in 243 plate appearances, and is already up to three this year - all of them on his slider. Peacock:
It just wasn't my day today. I've just got to be better against lefties. I haven't done a good job against them this year and I have to try to change something up and figure it out.

Pssst, Brad. Get on top of your slider.
