So, the Rangers not only want to spend hundreds of millions of dollars to put in concrete their admiration for Houston baseball -- they want to top it off by installing ASTROturf, too?

It doesn't look like there's any space available to hang a World Series banner, which is probably not an issue.

They're more worried about non-baseball use revenue from October to March anyway.
