Game 2, in the Club down the RF line.
There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, and everything else is cream cheese.

As of right now, have to work.  Won't even get to watch on TV.  Working on at least changing that part though.
The rules of distinction were thrown out with the baseball cap.  It does not lend itself to protocol.  It is found today on youth in homes, classrooms, even in fine restaurants.  Regardless of its other consequences, this is a breach against civility.  A civilized man should avoid this mania.

Game 1 - The back rows of the field level in right field
Game 2 - The nosebleeds.

I hope I am catching the last 3-4 innings of Game 1 (this assumes my wife is tolerant of a distraction during dinner/kid homework hours).

For Game 2 I have no real options.

I hate this schedule so much.

Game 2 - field box behind home

Two day games is expected but brutal for the fans. I'll have to be in the office for game 1.

Tickets shouldn't be too pricey. Boston fans don't get excited until the ALCS.

Yes.  I assumed juliogotay was being sarcastic by saying "allowed to", referencing the MLB Fun Police's removal of the local TV crew broadcasts in order to drive up the network TV deal $$.

I think so.  Satellite radio was giving the home team feed and away team feed channels for tonight's game.

I really wasn't sure about radio. I thought I remembered local radio from the past but wasn't sure about now.

Waldo has a kid in school old enough to understand how special it is to go to a postseason game. This doesn't mesh with my frozen-in-time mental image of Waldo as a UT student.

I just now got to Porto. The Museo Del Prado was amazing BTW. My host is going to want to take me out to listen to Fado music and drink Port wine. I'm trying to figure out how to tell her I don't care much for that kind of music and that I would prefer to drink while watching baseball.

I think there is a station real close to th flying saucer, and there are a couple lots near there.
There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, and everything else is cream cheese.

Thanks for the suggestion,  BG.

Which station to depart from is my question as well.

I'll be driving in from the North,  but heading south on 288 to Surfside afterwards.

Priority is getting to game quickest way possible.

2 options. Park in the theater district and ride the rail to the convention center stop.  Or park near the Bell rail stop. There are like 4 huge surface lots, you might be able to find a street spot there. Then ride the rail thru downtown to the central station And it is a 10 minute walk or get on the green line and get off at the convention center.

I'd also check lots around discovery green/Toyota Center. Probably be about 15 bucks and save you from navigating the trains.

That was fun.

233 Friday.

1820 Lounge pre/post Astros win Friday. It's on Chucks tab.

Speaking of chuck. If I need a couple 1000 miles to keep United Status this year, where can I fly in near you and have some drinks for a day.

Come to the PTY and I'll come get you at the airport. If you come between now and Tuesday at noon or so we can go to the game.

It used to be 1770 miles back and forth but they changed the way they calculate it and now I'm not really sure what they're doing. I'm thinking about moving my miles to Copa if that tells you anything.

I'm rewatching the Astros game now. I'm trying to figure out what was so pressing that Hudson missed Altuve's second home run. Maybe he was trying to select the choicest bag of Dippin Dots.

I didn't miss it. I was out of view while talking to Allison to sincerely thank her for letting me sit in her seat.

I said we're in 117, we're in 118.  I don't think I'll get out of the office until noon.
Isn't 117 Keuchel's corner?
Everyone's talking, few of them know
The rest are pretending, they put on a show
And if there's a message I guess this is it

Parking garages in theater district were closed (at least the 3 I drove past).

Don't know if it's all day but looked like construction.

We're here in Boston - about to tour Fenway.  Weather pretty dicey out, but hopefully ok for the game.

They need to tear that dump down and build a stadium with a retractable dome.
