Contest Rules:

1.  Whatever the rules are, BudGirl (your RFTL judge and jury for 2017) can change them any time for any reason, including whim.  The purpose of this rule is not to promote chaos, but to preempt wailing, moaning, whining, and griping.

2.  A Pick is determined by the number of wins.  Picks below 80 should not win, even if they’re right they’re wrong.  They will be accepted and you can be a winner but no one will like you.

3.  All picks are in this thread.  Picks out of this thread are DQ’d unless BudGirl changes the rules.

4.  One pick per person. If multiple picks, first poster get the pick.

5. The grand prize, of course, is an Astros cap of BudGirl's choosing from Astros.com.  BudGirl is allowed to make rulings on prize disputes that may arise... namely; she gets to tell you to go to hell if you whine that you should get the prize!

6.  NO PICKS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL THE OFFICIAL COMMENCEMENT TIME.

BEGINS : Tuesday, April 5th at 10:00 AM CST
CLOSES:  Tuesday, April 6th at first pitch 
No picks will be accepted after first pitch on April 5th, unless BudGirl decides otherwise.

I read the rules, and became confused about when Tuesday, April 5th and Tuesday, April 6th are going to occur.  I think its 2023 and 2024.

Of if it has already been decided to accept picks after the first pitch on the 5th but not beyond the first pitch on the 6th, notwithstanding that they are both Tuesdays.
