Catching up on the last couple games, me. Correa's beard not progressing too well. Puts me in mind of my grandfather, who'd say--mysteriously--"Put a little cream on it and a cat would lick it up."

Let's keep our eye on the Fresno game to see if Bregman is scratched. They could have a clubhouse incident too.

How can they put Howe and Ensberg in the best 3B discussion and leave Cabell out?

Unfortunately, no amount of fancy catching will make that question go away.  Personally, I like the guy.

So who is the Best Astros 3B?  Was the question the Best or the All-Time? Because I would vote for Rader as the All-Time.

And Valbuena. Between the two of them the combined distance of their popups almost reached CF.

ETA: Sorry, I guess that was Altuve, not Gomez, with the anemic fly to LF.

The Angels standing around watching that bunt tells you everything about their team. Only the SS even realized Marwin might keep going if someone didn't pick it up b

Gomez.

Shit, I am lagging about 5 minutes here and guessed he must have crushed one.  Although the lack of exclamation points was probably a clue I missed.

Sale scratched from start tonight. Who gets him?

Radio guys reporting Sale was scratched after a clubhouse incident, a non-physical incident.

It sounds pretty bizarre but it is Chicago I guess

Hunter's old man would have tossed Pooholes.

That may have been low, but fuck you, Pujols.
I remember all the good times me 'n Miller enjoyed
Up and down the M1 in some luminous yo-yo toy

I've always appreciated everything Margaret brought to the organization.

She certainly wasn't a lefty.

Try and see it from his side, having played all these years and never had a call go his way.

I wonder if they'll ever have enough guts to wear jerseys that are all sliced up.

Now that would be funny, wear them when they play the team Sale gets traded to (assuming he does).

Bregman is in the lineup tonight for Fresno at 3B.  Tyler White is at his natural SS position. Which goes to show how badly they want Bregman to get time at 3B.

Nope.

To raise money for charity, they will be put on sale.

I'm not sure he could catch up with Weaver's heater any more.

I don't do happy pills bud,haha.

In all seriousness, I don't know what got into me. I didn't even have any beer in the house during the game.

I mean, it's obviously the gnome. But why? Perhaps it's because a friend of mine lives next door to a government owned home that houses people with what might charitably be called adjustment issues. What the slime infested above-ground pool doesn't claim of their back yard the impressive collection of garden gnomes does.

I don't know. I'll probably never know. Maybe it's impossible to know. In that case what's the proper gnomenclature? Agnostic?
