Straily not going out without a fight strikes out 2 in the first.  0-0 after 1

Another good inning.  Add another K and a walk.

Duffy with a double but was picked off.  0-0 after 2

Giles gave up two hot shots up the middle, too bad for them the Astros shift.  1-2-3 inning for Giles

Teheran has absolutely cruised through 6.  But Worth thinks he is a chump.  2 doubles off the wall so far.

I still don't see a roster spot for Worth.

Makes one wonder if Worth may be ahead of Duffy for a last spot on the 25-man.  Capable of playing anywhere in the infield.  Former second round draft pick in 2007.  Seemed to finally put it all together last year at AAA, as his numbers there dwarf all the rest of his career.

The skies open up as Singleton strikes out in what is likely the end of the game after 6 and a half.  Probably a poetic reference there somewhere.

Who do you remove from the 40-man for Worth?  Remember there's likely also White to add and less likely Reed.

I imagine if he jumps Duffy then either Duffy or Fontana. Duffy is 27 so if you plan to send him back down to AAA, where he is likely to start falling on the depth chart to the likes of Moran and Bregman, then you might as well cut him loose (or trade him).

Obviously, only to be done if they truly think the team is better with Worth over Duffy.  His versatility would be hard to ignore.  Would give you more flexibility with how you use Marwin with Worth on the bench

What do you do with him when Gattis returns from the DL?  You can't send him to the minors.

Scenario:
Week or 2 into the season and everyone is healthy...Gattis comes back at his earliest possibility so basically he can DH only.

 - Send Tucker down, Gattis being in the DH reduces his at bats greatly
 - Send Marisnick down, still struggling with the bat or no?  If yes give him more at bats at OKC till he is needed.
 - Of course you could give Gattis a longer rehab and get him back into catching

Heard McTaggart on the Astros podcast say they want Gattis to do some catching before he comes off the DL.
