FWIW, Jim Callis calls him one of 10 prospects "poised to surge" in 2016 with the note "touching 98 mph with his fastball and backing it up with a devastating power curve."

Was listening to the lastest BA podcast earlier today.  They mentioned him and said (paraphrasing here) If the Astros as you to throw in a guy at the Gulf Coast League level.  Watch out.  That kid is about to break out.  They cited Marte, Paulino and Aruz as examples.

They went on to say that GM's don't have many rookie ball kids on their radar because by the time they get to the bigs, the GM may not be there any more.  They said GM's are more focused on guys at A ball and higher.  In other words, guys who can help you in the next few years.

Just wanted to make sure I knew who they were talking about, but this is Jonathan Arauz the INF they got in the Giles trade correct?
