Astros load the bases with no outs in the 1st, but can only manage a sac fly from Singleton. Dominguez called out looking in an atrocious at bat. I'm not sure why he's hitting this high in the lineup.

This is maybe the third game I've gotten to watch this year and I've learned three things: 1. Ashby has an annoying laugh, 2. both Brown and Ashby are infatuated with a guy named Drake that I've never heard of, and 3. Singleton is a bad, bad dude.  I'm glad he got called up.

Whew. That's a relief, and surprising. The HBP did not look good.

If he did have to go on the DL they'd need to clear a 40-man spot as there are no other middle IFs on there... I suppose they could transfer Cisnero to the 60-day DL. Guessing Torreyes would be the guy, though who knows, maybe they'd jump Fontana up for a look.

I haven't been watching closely the attendance of late since the club's fortunes have improved on-field but they had 33k in the park last night. (announced anyway).

Not quite. I was listening to the Astros game on my phone while I was at the game. By the time I got back to the hotel, it was the seventh inning of the Astros game. I love that six clubs now have worse records than the Astros.

I was at the grocery store 2 or 3 weeks ago, wearing an Astros t-shirt as usual, and as I headed down an aisle a guy was coming from the other direction wearing a Red Sox jersey.
