Dave Brockie, front man for the band GWAR, a true artist, passed away the other day. Out of costume he was a nice guy. In costume he would kill you and impregnate you. I was a bit of a fan. They had the most brutally funny stage show ever. Sure, not for everyone but that is the nature of art, it's not always pretty, and can get real messy. Pitchfork obit.

Yeah, that was fucked up. GWAR was a lot of fun, and directly because of Oderus.
