What happened to the Braves farm system?  Not long ago they had tons of pitchers in AAA waiting for a spot...

Well, they brought three along last year in Teheran, Minor and Wood...and then traded another (Delgado) to ARZ in the Upton deal.  Remember they also dealt Clemens and Oberholtzer to us the year before that.  That's a lot of pitching coming out of the system in a short time span.  Shhhhh, knowing them, there is more.

As good as they've been in draft and devolopment of pitching, they have had their share of injuries to young pitchers.

Never thought of that, but you're right...plus O'Flaherty and Venters have both had arm problems as well.
