Does anyone here know an attorney....
« on: January 21, 2014, 11:50:23 am »
Specifically, a real estate attorney.
The rules of distinction were thrown out with the baseball cap.  It does not lend itself to protocol.  It is found today on youth in homes, classrooms, even in fine restaurants.  Regardless of its other consequences, this is a breach against civility.  A civilized man should avoid this mania.

Yes.
In the end, my dissolution with the game of baseball will not be a result of any loss of love for the game, rather from the realization that I can no longer bear the anger its supposed stewards cause to be built up in my soul. -Lee (01/08/2013)

Thanks guys.  I got some advice and contacts from one of our resident esquires and one escrow agent.  I'm actually passing on potential contacts to someone else.  We'll see how it goes, and hopefully this person can get their shit together quickly (the person who *needs* the attorney, not the attorney hisself).

Nine times out of ten it's an electric razor, but every once in a while...it's a dildo. Of course it's company policy never to imply ownership in the event of a dildo... always use the indefinite article a dildo, never your dildo.

I'm assuming this is a movie reference?

I have no idea what it means, but that doesn't mean it's not appropriate.

It's called a changeover. The movie goes on, and nobody in the audience has any idea.

Ah..no wonder.  That was the worst movie since the previous movie with Brad Pitt.
