Leaving for Dallas in about an hour for my one visit a year. I hear I-35 is royally torn up between Salado and Hillsoro.  Yeah!  Still I'm looking forward to the trip.  Sausage, chesse and jalapeno klobasnicki in West.  Dinner at the French room tonight and then the game tomorrow follwed by Booker's and cigars if we win or just more Booker's if we loose.

I checked in a few hours ago (I'm here for work, will miss the game).  The hotel the clients booked for me turns out to be the official OU Alumni Charter Circle of Hell - all the hotel staff wear OU shirts, there are balloons, bunting, banners covered in crimson and jizz, and the flatscreens around the hotel are playing a continuous loop of Longhorn lowlights.

It was inbelievably humid.  I sit under the upper deck in the shade and I was sweating like poodle at Micheal Vick's house.  The lines on both sides of the ball dominated.  OU isn't deep on the defensive line and those boys were sucking eggs in the 4th.  What a game.  I have never seen the Solooner fans leave in the 3rd quarter like that.

This weekend was the most fun I've had in Dallas in a long time.  I actually had a sooner tell me he felt sorry for me when I was in the beer line at the fair before the game.  He was about 30 and I said "Son, you seem to lack historical perespective.  59-43-5"  Now it's 60.  HOOK 'EM!

Brown added 5.2 yards ave. on 23 carries. As good as I can remember him looking. Maybe he's finally healthy.
