If Porter has any balls at all, he'll sit Carter's lollygagging ass on the pine tonight to give him something to think about.

Barnes!!  It's a 2-run game.

Next year you're either in the bullpen or out of the bullpen. I think Chapman's in.

Fields goes 3-0 with the bases loaded in T9, but comes back to strike out the batter on a sweet outside corner pitch.  Middle 9: CIN 4, HOU 4

Fields comes in and to no one's surprise slams the door shut with ease and authority and is now comfortably positioned for the win.

Corp leads off B9 with a HBP.  Paredes in to run for him.  Barnes at the dish.

It takes a little time for the feed to get down here what with the router hops and NSA filters and so on.

Barnes with the sac bunt moving Paredes to 2B.  Villar at the dish, goes 2-0 and then gets an IBB.  Jose Altuve is coming to the dish with runners at 1B and 2B with 1 out and a 4-4 tie.

I'd be surprised if the NSA didn't have more 'eyes on' activities here in PDX than it does in all of Central America... Just sayin'...

And just like that, my feed goes down with Altuve at the dish.  The brief replay I saw looked like Jose flied out on a nice play by CIN RFer in foul ground.  Paredes tags and advances though to put runners on the corners with two outs and Crowe at the plate.  Villar is allowed an uncontested steal on 2B to put runners on 2B and 3B with 2 outs in a tied B9.

Duke walks Crowe, Krauss coming to the dish with the bases juiced and 2 outs in a tied B9.

If you think the NSA is more interested in coffee, tattoos and fixed-gear bicycles than they are in cocaine and laundered money then you are welcome to that thought.

On to the 11th. Does Carter have 2 walks?

I seen it but I don't believe it.

And a double on a ropey half-swing.

Of course he also made a terrible mistake in left that cost a run and he hit a base runner on the head with a thrown ball that ended up being a good thing.

It seems like he was hardly alone in the whole '2-out stranded RISP' thing.
