A buddy texted me it was Case McCoy and Jordan Hicks, but I've found nothing to confirm this.
Don't think twice, it's alright.

I'm reliably informed that that's all the available QBs.  Really?

No.  David Ash is the starter.

A little more detail (and a much bigger Longhorn logo).

Methinks the he-said, she-said on this one is going to get nasty.

I guess this clinches that a backup QB was involved:

Other player allegedly watched. RT @ChrisTavarez: Just spoke with San Antonio PIO and he said there is ONE suspect.

Not sure that means he's completely clear of any and all charges.  If it was rape, and he in some way "helped", then he's in trouble too.

Well, even if they don't have the best athletes, at least they've got high-character guys.

For Mack's sake, I really hope that these guys snuck out. If Mack is allowing guys out unsupervised on a bowl trip, he's going to have a lot to answer for.

Wow! Case is the last guy I think would get in that kind of trouble. It just goes to show, you never know about these guys.

I can't speak for the longhorn players, but we stayed in the same hotel as Oregon State, and their players were milling all around that evening, both in the hotel and on the riverwalk.

I just heard on ESPN radio that the matter involving the two suspended players and the report of a police investigation of at least one Longhorn are unrelated events. If that is true, then there are two problems.

As with all breaking news, the sooner you hear it the less likely it is to be true.

I dunno what's going on, but the ESPN newscast I saw this morning reported that McCoy and Hicks *were* suspended because of the allegations. We're gonna hear far more BS before we hear close-to-truth, I'm afraid.

This is good advice.

The smarmy ESPN anchor was really covering his ass earlier in the day, saying that Hicks and McCoy were sent home, and that the San Antonio police were investigating a complaint, but that he was in no way saying that they were related.
