hurry up 2013!

a fire on my floor around the corner from me evacuated the complex at 3:30 AM. i never saw flames, but the smoke was rolling down my hallway.

Holy Fuck! to whomever i pissed off in 2012, i am sorry!

I'm sorry to hear that Jim. I had that happen to me a few years ago when someone's teenage daughter somehow started a fire with a clothes dryer. I got to meet some of my shyer neighbors that night at least. (I don't think anyone was hurt, just a lot of smoke and the dryer and some of the dry wall was messed up).

they still say a March closing. the color repaint will be the final work done on the exterior. should be sometime soon. they put stucco on the second story and painted it before Christmas.
