They've got a garage sale at the ballpark. I scored a game-worn, on Jackie Robinson Day, Doug Brocail jersey.
I'm in love with rock and roll and I'll be out all night.

I want a shooting star jersey so badly but can't figure out how to get a big enough size (I want a 56).

They're like $300 a t the Team Store but they are sized like M, XL, etc. Call them and see if they'll take an order over the phone or if they have something that would be a size 56. If they don't ship I'll pick it up for you, or if they can tell you what size but won't sell over the phone I'll get it and you can send me a check.

Wallace singles in Moore.  Astros up by 1.  Good start of the day.

Anybody else watching the MLB feed? It's being called by Richard Justice, for some reason (but luckily he's mostly keeping quiet), and Jerry Trupeano, who I really like. I believe somebody said on here once that Trupeano used to call Astros games. I heard him a lot when I was living in Massachusetts from '97-2006 and he did Red Sox radio. Unfortunately they fired him a few years back.

Did DeFrancesco show his face at all? He's seemed reluctant to challenge the umps.

Wow. I think it was 50/50 whether F-Mart would catch that ball, or head-butt it. Catch won, that time.

He popped up but didn't do much. He was out there for the Altuve play at first.

How can you do the wave if there are three or four empty sections in a row?

All the lower levels have people in them. Upper deck, not so much.

You can tell he's used to doing radio, because he tends to talk and describe too much, but other than that, I think he's very, very good. And he's got a great, slightly gravelly but classic voice.

I get to write up a win! I really hope that the Pirates preserve their below .500 streak because of that article/editorial by an absolute pinhead.

Trupeano used to do Houston Aeros games back in the old WHA days. He stayed on in Houston radio before going back east. Great voice and could really call a hockey game.
He breezed him, one more time!

Yes, he never did Astros games but left Houston radio to go, I think to Montreal to do PBP, and then to BoSox. All I heard of him yesterday was the vid highlights on-line but he sounded great to me. He obviously doesn't have a regular gig. I'd try to get him on Astros radio in a heart beat.
