You BCSCG fans must really be hating this one.

What a game.

That was a good game. Harbaugh can coach. Alex Smith is finally living up to his number one pick status.

Yeah, I liked that BCS game.  I also liked the 9ers and Saints.  And goodness gracious, the 9ers can tackle.  I love that.  I could not decide which team to root.

Seems like the Pats are planning to go for a quick kill.

I was pulling for the Saints, but, boy, were the Niners bringing it. There was some serious hitting in that game. After the Saints took the lead with ~1:30 left, I called my wife in to watch the end of it. That was just before Vernon Davis went wild. Blame her.

I skipped out on the NFL tonight to go to Hofheinz with my 12 year old son.  Dickey's next class can't get here soon enough.

I hope Mr Happy isn't taking his LSU and Saints losses too hard. I think he's been silent 'round here since the first loss.

He's still alive and well on Facebook.

That was a hell of a game. I'm glad I watched it.

If the Texans can't win the Super Bowl, I'm rooting for the Niners after what I saw yesterday.

Nope, but thanks for asking, Bench. I'm old and experienced enough with losing to know that it, like winning, is but a temporary condition. The 49ers played well, although the Saints sure helped them an awful lot with all those turnovers.

I think the 49ers hitting had something to do with the turnovers.   Not an excuse at all but they were bringing the wood.

I think the 49ers hitting had something to do with the turnovers.

Only on the first fumble.  The fumble on the kickoff return, the returner never really had possession of the ball.  On the punt, the tackler punched the ball out while the returner was holding the ball loosely.
