Surprised at the small number of high schoolers taken through the first 20 or so rounds today, I decided to see how that compared with Astros previous drafts under Heck/Wade. This, of course, led me on a massive tangent to see the breakdown between high school/college players and pitchers/position players.
I haven't really digested the info yet, but here are the Astros breakdowns from the first 30 rounds of the 2008-2011 drafts (I'll be posting breakdowns through 50 rounds later).
