Yes? No? Maybe?
In the end, my dissolution with the game of baseball will not be a result of any loss of love for the game, rather from the realization that I can no longer bear the anger its supposed stewards cause to be built up in my soul. -Lee (01/08/2013)

That was my favorite one.

He’s here to check out his favorite team’s minor league team. Is the right fielder really a future star? Is the shortstop really in over his head? TONIGHT’S GAME SHALL DETERMINE IT ALL!

I am trying to pretend that I am not the nerd with the scorecard.  :-(

I resemble that remark.  But now that there are great apps on my itouch to keep score with, I look like someone who won't stop texting.

Do you feel like that really replicates the experience of scoring? I love my iPhone, but I'm not sure I can give up the paper scorecard from games (and the souvenir/memory it provides later).

I like it better.  Here is a link to their training videos.  I am the score keeper for my son's travel team.  I used to spend several hours after each tourney crunching #'s for the coach.  Now, I synch and it is all done.  Box score can be emailed and stats can be viewed.  There are limits (no eraser for decided what I originally called an error and change my mind to give it a hit) but it is the best electronic score book out there.

On a side note, their business model is great.  Free app and free for score keeper.  If over involved mom or dad want's to know little Johnny's OPS, they have to pay $10 bucks for access to the site.

It also allows live twitter play by play if you are in a hot spot or have 4G

Gamechanger is great. My old HS baseball team used it, and I was able to keep up with them pretty easily with all of the email alerts after games.
