Saw this on another site and I apologize up front for passing along unsourced data/gossip but the web chatter is pretty loud so...Good news is that no #5 Stro on the list and also of note is how many cubbies are on the list.

Jeromy Burnitz is on there twice, and there are quite a few Astros on that list too.

If it was from the 2003 season, none of them played for the Astros that year.  That doesn't mean, however, that none of them juiced while they *did* play in Houston.

The list is arranged by team.  Burnitz was traded from the Mets to the Dodgers in the 2003 season.  I am guessing that is why he is on the list twice.  Once grouped with the Mets, once with the Dodgers.

Wouldn't that suggest that somebody just looked at the rosters and picked players to stick on the list?

Yea, I am thinking this thing is bogus so back to my original statement of apologizing for putting it up.  I was just excited to not see Bags on the list so I didn't scrutinize it much.  Nothing to see here, move along...

If the list is accurate (which I'd be surprised), then the MLB overtly lied back in '03 when they assured folks that Clemens had not tested positive for a banned substance.

Oh yeah, and Burnitz is a complete and total asshole.

Yeah and no Albert Pujols either (at the time, it was the biggest news).  I think they just recycled the same list and altered it slightly.  Either way, it's the same prank pulled on the mlb landscape.  Proving yet again that you can "fool the people most of the time", even if you just repeat the same pranks.  People need their bread and circuses.

Yeah, right. Forgot about the Bagwell inclusion on the previous list. The have a lot of names in common, though, so I'm going to assume everyone whose name is on both lists is guilty as hell. I believe that qualifies as confirmation from multiple sources.
