wild pitch by moehler last inning
The idiot scorer should have tagged Pudge with a PB. That ball was catchable.
it looked like the ball hit the groundwaaay inside next to pudge's right footand then it kicked away behind himmarginal?
seems as though the astros are doing okay so far tonight.anyone got anything for me to eat? i don't feel like cooking tonight.
i couldn't even talk anyone into bringing me a dr. pepper todaythe miracle drinkwhich, by the way, i found out is amazing to cook in bbq beans
it's not bad mixed with rum either.
Uh wow, too many rum beans for Pence and Clark on that one.
God damn baserunning again. With Moehler on the hill, we need all the runs we can get.
How the fuck is that a ball?
Lidge on the hill in Philly with a one run lead, let see if he has righted his ship...
God bless Cooper tonight for trusting his pitcher. Twice.
I was only watching the gameday on mlb.com... How stressful were the pitches? I can speculate that it wasn't bad considering the score and inning breakdown... I'm sure that's the most pitches by an Astro pitcher this year. Is it wrong that it crossed my mind that Cecil left him out there so he would be sore and allow Brandon to take his next start?
Stressful? I'm not sure what that means. And yes, it way wrong to think Cooper left him in when he was throwing a shutout in the 9th to intentionally have him injured.
sorry, but suggesting that the mgr that cant figure out a lineup card or sac bunt would be thinking 5 games ahead is tinfoil hat stuff
Stressful - I wasn't sure how much effort went into throwing the 123 pitches. It looked like it was a lot of non-stressful situations that led to the buildup of that high of a count. that's all.
I certainly didn't think that he was intentionally trying to hurt one of the members of the rotation.
123 pitches worth of effort went into it. I guess you're suggesting that throwing 123 pitches in a 6-0 game is different than throwing 123 pitches in a 1-0 game. I don't buy that.Well, that's certainly what you wrote.
I wasn't aware that everything written in the GZ or TZ was taken at face value. My apologies.
BTW - if you ever hear Edwin Maysonet getting interviewed, you'd know why the nickname "Yeah, yeah" would be good for him. His is very articulate, however he begins every sentence with "yeah, yeah..." El Ya-Ya!
Moehler the stopper? I'll take it! Nicely done Scruffy! BTW - if you ever hear Edwin Maysonet getting interviewed, you'd know why the nickname "Yeah, yeah" would be good for him. His is very articulate, however he begins every sentence with "yeah, yeah..." El Ya-Ya!
Is he always like that? I figured he was just excited about his 4-hit night.
Stressful - I wasn't sure how much effort went into throwing the 123 pitches. It looked like it was a lot of non-stressful situations that led to the buildup of that high of a count. that's all.I was being sarcastic given the amount of heat on Coop this week. That's all. I certainly didn't think that he was intentionally trying to hurt one of the members of the rotation.
