Michaels v. Abercrombie
« on: April 02, 2009, 12:19:28 am »
Astros.com has Michaels as the likely fifth outfielder, instead of Abercrombie.  I know that position is kind of trivial, but does can anyone tell me why that choice?
blah, blah, blah . . .

Because Michaels has a $750K guaranteed contract where as Abercrombie does not, would be my guess.

Because Abercrombie is a proven AAAA player who is a whiff king in the big leagues.
