On wondering if he should have played baseball instead of football
"Nah, I only played one year in college trying to get out of spring football," Cassel said. "I love baseball, but I don't know if I'd enjoy the minor-league buses."
He has heard enough stories from his brothers, Jack and Justin, to be wary.
Jack, a right-hander who notched his first major-league victory with the Padres in September, just signed a one-year contract with the Houston Astros and is on their 40-man roster.
