the player who made the special teams tackle for LSU " signing to play for Houston this Spring..."..in the chaos I couldn't discern the name of the player they were talking about...

....maybe they were saying he was a "possible signee...that didn't..."

Yea, that's what I think. I really don't think he heard whistle. Still, that's a penalty. McCoy was practically at a dead stop.  I also thought it odd that no Longhorn player seemed to even notice.

Only the most idiotic of fans think that wasn't a late hit.  The arguement is/was it a dirty play?  Interception was thrown, Dodge (the linebacker) hit the ground, and Heard hit McCoy within 1.5 seconds.
