Over the weekend I had a bottle of Breckenridge Oatmeal Stout, and, frankly, I didn't really like it much. But I think the key there is "bottle". Tonight I opened another bottle but poured it into a pint glass and let it sit a few minutes before I drank it. Big difference: it opened up a lot and tasted completely different.
Or maybe it was just the fact that the Astros were scoring gobs of runs.
