This could be another reason he pitched on only 3 days rest.

Lots of stuff goes on among 25 guys over 162 games.  Earlier this week we were jumping to the conclusion that Garner was panicing when it was reported he was going with Roy on short rest.  Obviously there is nothing wrong with Roy, so it has to be his family.   Not our business, but I hope he deals with the problem, whatever it is, as efficiently as he deals with the opposing batters.  Good wishes to you Roy.
