Anyway, it's Opening Day at MMP. That means a couple of things. One is that the game will seem more important than it actually is. If the Astros lose, someone will write in and demand changes. Don't laugh. It happens after every loss, but is even more pronounced early in the season.
That's enough. There's nothing else to prove. Brad Lidge shouldn't be asked to close another game for a long time. He's simply too fragile, too unreliable. I have no idea what the Astros are trying to prove, but they should stop. They can't allow one guy's problems to sink an entire season.
