Kiss of death from Kruk

Did anyone else watch BBTN last night?  Kruk listed the Astros as the strongest team in the NL.  He did not flat out say he picked them to make the playoffs, however, I fear positive recognition from the national media regarding the Astros especially from ESPN.  We are the underdogs dammit, we still have no shot at making the playoffs.

The Stros are down one whole game in the loss column.  And everyone knows... YOU CAN'T MAKE UP GAMES IN THE LOSS COLUMN.  Our boys are DOOMED.

The part about the LaRussa dichotomy was spot on. And the whole Clemens-Piazza post-season reunion never even occurred to me.
