I just can't watch anymore

Oh, I want to watch. I am developing a complex, though. Out of the last 17 games, the Astros have lost every game I have tried to watch. If I can't catch the game in any way, they win.

I can't even tune in long enough to check the score.

Very frustrating.

I wonder if a tape delay would work.

The Astros won the first 7 or 8 games I went to last year.  I decided that if the streak made it to 10, I was going to write Drayton a letter asking him to put me on the payroll (or at least dish out some free seats, for the good of the team ya know).  Sadly they didn't make it, and thus I still have not obtained a position on the Astros' Crackpot List.

Your situation is infinitely worse.  I do find it funny, however, that after all the hand-wringing this season it turns out that the team's mediocre performance is all your fault.

These are definitely not my underwear.

But (no pun intended), I really want to watch the game tonight. I am mentally unstable, of course, but I blame that on my kids. That is reasonable, right? RIGHT???

I really want to see an Astros win. It would prove this trend wrong. I could then watch the Astros with no problem.

Should I watch tonight, or have sex with MrsEasTex? Now that I mention it, maybe that is the slumpbuster I am looking for! Sex AND Astros!
