Huff's presence in the lineup
« on: July 13, 2006, 11:46:35 pm »
It's amazing how Huff changes the dynamics of this lineup.  Nice performance tonight by the new guy.  Let's hope that this is a sign of things to come.

No need to rush back to the lineup, Morgan.
Lighten up, Francis.

Man, what if Ensberg comes back and is swinging as well as he was when he got hurt though?  I believe if my faulty memory serves me correctly he was getting his hacks in very well in the Texas series (at Minute Maid) just as he got dinged.  If Ensberg comes back swinging it well, Mike Lamb, Ensberg and on the days Huff needs a day off, make for a sweet set of sluggers to interchange.

You need a strong bench, so Mike Lamb playing only sporatically as a starter is a good thing *IMHO of course*.  Ensberg getting his bearings straight and swinging it like a mutha would only help, plus it could become very nice if Lane could get his act together as well.

A right handed power guy on the bench is a good thing.

Equally amazing is how Huff has changed the attitude of the TZ!!
News that is sufficiently bad somehow carries its own guarantee of truth.  Only good reports need confirmation.
