The Link The thing that makes me the happiest... ...I really enjoy playing baseball, but I also enjoy when you don't have the pressure of performance hanging over your head. The offseason is fun for me because it's a lot more relaxing; a lot less stressful... Those that think Berkman is an airhead and does not take the game seriously because of his relaxed demeanor appear not to have an accurate take on the man. I've been in a competitive environment before and there is nothing more maddening than being teamed with someone that does not care, even if they are good. Plus, those that don't care don't usually stress out about their performance.
When I'm done with baseball... I plan on being a dad and maybe a high school coach somewhere. That's good stuff right there.
