 The story

I'd love to see it happen, but really don't think it will.

From the story: "Marlins president David Samson said San Antonio was the first stop on a tour that will last three to five months."

Good God!  How many cities are they looking at?
blah, blah, blah . . .

The Saints staying in SA is not going to happen.  LA needs a team first.  Plus, the Saints haven't been happy having to move out of the Alamodome for previously scheduled events.

A ballpark would have to be built for the team to move to SA.  Who is gonna pay for that?  The Alamodome, sold to citizens as a multisport (baseball/football) stadium, isn't.  I rather wonder how the city will react to the thought of a MLB team.

Interesting though.

Samson also is expected to visit Las Vegas, Portland, Oregon and other cities he didn't disclose.
