Ausmus tonight

So how will Ausmus fare tonight after crouching behind home plate for the better part of 5+ hours last night? Massive amounts of pain pills or an epidural maybe?
Oh God, I wish I was a loofah!

I'm sure he'll be out there. There's a real long vacation coming up.

How about the bullpen? They're usually called on for a lot of work during your average Backe start. That could be rough.

He'll be fine.

Here's what I expect from him tonight: Two singles to right and a Crawford Box special.  And I expect Chavez to continue to sit.  And sit.

What a great double play he started last night.  Like the lime green hatchback, a "thing of beauty."
