Help Needed...

The Astros will play in their first ever World Series.  That means only one thing as far as Mrs. Hawk is concerned....I have to get a tatoo.

I'm thinking about several choices:

1.  A baseball, plain and simple, or

2.  An Astros logo.

If it's the latter, what shall I pick?  I've always been partial to the "H" in the star, which plays along with my name as well.  But they won it with the "open star" logo.  

Either way, it's going at the top of my arm

The rules of distinction were thrown out with the baseball cap.  It does not lend itself to protocol.  It is found today on youth in homes, classrooms, even in fine restaurants.  Regardless of its other consequences, this is a breach against civility.  A civilized man should avoid this mania.

I think you should get one that says "NO PA" slightly off center, and when people ask you what it means tell them "It was going to say 'NO PAIN' but it hurt too bad to finish."

I have the 90's open star at the top of my right arm.  It's getting updated to the current open star along with a title and date.  "World Champs '05" sounds nice.

I had a great old navy H in the star hat that I left 10 years ago on a bus in Guatemala, of all places.  I just remembered that.  I hope someone is wearing it today.

I was going to suggest a Rainbow armband, ala the 80's uniforms.

Should give you a nice contingency plan if things ever sour between you and the Missus, as well.
