Yes, I understand no one has any.  My thing is I'm willing to spend money I absolutely don't have for SRO tickets.  My question isn't do YOU have any...but who have you seen has the best price?

Also, when you go TO the park, where's the best place to find scalpers that are more "volume" than "total-fuckage"?

Lowest I've seen on Stubhub, Razorgator and ebay were $500 a pop for SRO.

HA!

I checked all 3 of those places.  It's up to $650 per ticket SRO.

$500, I'd pay right now, on the spot.

if you go to Minute Maid and wait around until the 2nd or 3rd inning, you can get tix really cheap as all the scalpers are trying to dump whatever they couldn't screw people up the ass, I mean sell to, before the game starts.

FTR, I never received an e-mail from MLB on the ticket lottery.

Even for the WS?

Look, I'm all for going just to watch with all you pigfuckers at some bar, but my wife doesn't want to load up the fam, pay for the dog to the kennel, get a babysitter, and drive across the state again to watch the game on television, which we can do here.

I just want to have a reasonable expectation we can get SOME tickets SOMEWHERE.

I can't miss this.

What if we never go again?

We'll see if I get an email tomorrow.  If there are any singles left they'll have that second chance drawing.  Here's hoping...

Dude, you know they have these nutty things called "Airlines" nowadays that allow you to travel from a place like, say, El Paso to, say, Houston, for a couple of hunderd bucks. In an hour and a half or so! I find this resource to be a real time-saver.

Dude, don't talk out of your ass... Try and find airfare for 5 days from now for 'a couple of hundred bucks'... for him, his wife and kid.
Oye. Vamos, vamos.

Yeah, thanks for the "tip."

I looked it up.

Gosh, only $1200 r/t.  What a steal.  We'll just sell a couple vital organs and hop on a PLANE!

Any tips for getting tickets?

No shit.  I just booked a flight to El Paso for Nov 3rd.  14 days advance. $185.  Less notice than that and the price goes WAY up.
