Series even, 4-1

Taveras swung at the first pitch and tripled.  Biggio grounded to short and the Astros had their only lead. 1-0.  Had the complete moron down the first base line been able to reach his dumbass arm over the wall and touch the ball, Taveras would have been held up at second and no runs would have scored.

HEY MORONS! Don't touch a ball in play.  Freakin idiots should be ejected from the ballpark.  I'm willing to be convinced on whether they should be ejected from the planet. How stupid are you?

Anyway.  Maddux had command of all his pitches tonight.  The slop, the crap, and the garbage.  The Astros swung and missed at all of it.  Or they watched it.  Professors Ausmus and Ensberg gave their standard lectures to home plate ump Larry Vanover.  He flunked the exam.

Meanwhile, Ramirez, doubled, Maddux dinked a squibbler, and had the effrontery to smile about it.  1-1.  Ramirez doubled with Lee at second, 2-1.  Ramirez homered, 3-1.

In the 8th, Biggio let a sure dp ball go right between his legs, eventually 4-1.

Rubber game tomorrow.
